Upcoming Film: ‘Tu Meri Main Tera’
Ananya Panday has been steadily gaining recognition for her discerning choice of projects. Her latest film, ‘Tu Meri Main Tera’, features her opposite Kartik Aaryan, and she is currently engaged in promoting this romantic drama.
A Candid Conversation on Body Positivity
In a recent interview with Brut India, Ananya shared her thoughts on body positivity and self-acceptance. She emphasized the importance of confidence in every shape and size, mentioning that as women, they often experience numerous bodily changes.
“As a girl, you go through so many changes in your body. It’s like every month, during your periods, you might feel bloated. There are different phases we go through, so I have always been open about it,” she remarked.
Listening to Her Body
Ananya candidly discussed her approach to comfort and self-care, particularly during her menstrual cycle. She expressed her preference for loose clothing on days when she doesn’t feel her best.
“I speak very honestly about how I’m feeling. I don’t get into over-editing photos or touching them up,” she added.
Fitness Routine for Roles
When it comes to fitness, Ananya follows a disciplined regimen only when necessary for a film. For ‘Tu Meri Main Tera’, she put in considerable effort to maintain her physicality, stating,
“I had to follow a very strict diet and was working out every single day. Now that I don’t need to maintain a certain look for a role, I’m enjoying my food.”
