    Senior ONGC officials from Rajahmundry quickly arrived in Mori village following the outbreak of the blaze at the Mori-5 well. The leak was identified as the cause of the fire, which happened during production enhancement operations run by Deep Industries Ltd.

    A substantial gas leak also occurred in Irusumanda village, within the Malkipuram mandal. Residents raised alarms, prompting ONGC officials to act promptly.
