NEW DELHI: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday sent off a group of Lord Ram devotees to Ayodhya from the Chief Minister’s Jan Seva Sadan. She described the pilgrimage as a profound reflection of Sanatan faith, cultural unity, and spiritual consciousness.

Devotees Journeying to Ayodhya

Approximately 35-40 devotees are participating in this significant journey from Delhi to Ayodhya to offer prayers and seek darshan of Lord Ram at the Ram temple. The group was organized by the Valmiki Chaudhary Sarpanch Committee.

Addressing the Gathering

During her address, Gupta emphasized that the pilgrimage holds deep spiritual significance and reinforces India’s rich Sanatan values and cultural traditions. She expressed that the opportunity to seek darshan of Lord Ram at the beginning of the New Year is indeed a matter of great fortune for the devotees.

According to Gupta, visiting the Ram temple and experiencing the religious and cultural landscape of Ayodhya is a divine and uplifting experience in itself. She also highlighted the construction of the Ram temple as a historic development that strengthens India’s cultural and spiritual identity.
