According to reports by The Hindu, the judge’s interim order reveals that several defendants have profited by using Mr. Kalyan’s name, face, voice, and image for commercial purposes. This includes using his personal features in AI models on their platforms and selling products without obtaining his consent.

• February 9, 2026 (before the Joint Registrar Judicial)
