Stack Influence is a venture-backed marketplace platform automating collaborations between eCommerce brands and everyday social media creators. As a high-growth, remote-first startup, we are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Growth.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek an individual who has advanced beyond the “novice” stage of Google Ads and is prepared to own B2B campaigns. You’ll also need a diverse skill set to support broader marketing initiatives. As we launch a new website, flexibility and adaptability are crucial.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads & Paid Media (Primary Focus)
- Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Discovery) focused on high-quality B2B lead generation.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate on landing page strategies to enhance Quality Scores and Conversion Rates.
- Analytics: Analyze Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior, attribution, and ROI.
- ECommerce Alignment: Utilize your experience with eCommerce brands to enhance our messaging for DTC founders and marketing managers.
2. SEO & Web Development Support
- New Site Updates: Help expand our new Webflow website, ensuring SEO best practices are upheld during new site updates.
- SEO Tools: Use Ahrefs and Google Search Console to monitor traffic health and identify keyword opportunities.
3. Content Operations (Coverage & Support)
- Content Continuity: Provide support for our content team, managing the blogging cadence, ad creation, and marketing material development as needed.
- AI-Driven Workflow: Employ AI tools to research topics and draft blog posts, ensuring they meet our quality and SEO standards.
4. Marketing Operations
- HubSpot CRM: Assist in tracking leads through the funnel, analyzing data, and generating reports.
- New Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to various marketing initiatives, including newsletter and outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Automations: Help set up cross-software automations with Zapier and create streamlined workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Mindset: A keen learner who thrives in a team environment yet can lead initiatives independently.
- B2B Ads Proficiency: Experience running ads for B2B companies with an understanding of lead quality vs. quantity.
- SEO Literacy: Fundamental understanding of technical SEO to assist with site migrations without impacting rankings.
- Tech Stack:
- Must Have: Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc).
- Strongly Preferred: HubSpot, Ahrefs (or Semrush), Webflow, and Zapier.
“Nice to Haves” (Bonus Points)
- E-commerce Brand Experience: Previous work experience for or with DTC/E-comm companies is a significant advantage.
- Influencer Marketing Platform Experience: Background in influencer marketing services is a plus.
- B2B Marketing Channel Knowledge: Experience with PR campaigns, various B2B ad platforms, social media marketing, and outbound ABM email campaigns.
