We are hiring a **Partner Development Director** to establish and scale a strategic partnerships function that integrates Clozd as a vital infrastructure element within the go-to-market ecosystem.
### A Unique Role
This is not your typical channel role. You won’t merely manage referral agreements or run partner newsletters; you’ll collaborate with consultants, advisors, and operating partners to convince them that Clozd should be a part of every engagement they oversee.
### Your Responsibilities
#### Build the Partner Strategy
– **Define and prioritize key partner ecosystems**:
– GTM and RevOps consulting firms
– Private equity and portfolio operations teams
– Technology platforms (CRM, CI, CS, enablement)
– Agencies and research organizations
– **Develop value propositions** that align with partners’ business models.
#### Develop and Activate Partnerships
– **Source, recruit, and onboard** high-value partners.
– **Create co-sell motions** focused on business outcomes (win rate, retention, expansion).
– **Enable partners with**:
– Messaging and positioning
– Certification and training
– Joint go-to-market plans
#### Drive Pipeline and Revenue
– **Generate and close partner-sourced opportunities**.
– **Build joint account plans** with strategic partners.
– **Establish repeatable processes** that drive 20–30% of new pipeline growth.
#### Embed Clozd as Infrastructure
– **Integrate Clozd into partner-led offerings and workflows**.
