We are seeking a self-motivated go-getter (and a quick learner!) to join our fast-growing media team in Europe. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in supporting Amazon campaigns who is ready to take on more strategic ownership.

Role Overview: Ecommerce Associate Manager

As an Ecommerce Associate Manager specializing in Marketplace Media, you will manage campaigns across the UK, Germany, and other markets. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance data, presenting insights to clients, and driving results. You will act as the key contact for clients and a crucial team player, balancing independent work with collaborative efforts to keep campaigns on track. Your daily tasks will include:

• Becoming the primary contact for clients, third-party vendors, and internal departments for all paid search matters.
• Daily communication with clients and internal departments via in-person meetings or email/phone.
• Planning and executing Amazon media campaigns, including strategy setting, launching new activities, testing ideas, and reviewing performance to provide clear insights.
• Collaborating with other media team members to translate client goals into effective campaign plans across Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Analyzing performance data across multiple touchpoints to identify successes, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine strategies for optimal campaign efficiency.
• Working closely with account and content managers to communicate task execution, share timelines, and provide constructive feedback while participating in performance reviews.

Role Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon or marketplace media (PPC), ideally managing campaigns across the UK, Germany, and other European markets. You should feel confident taking ownership of media strategy and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience working in-platform with Amazon Sponsored Ads or a similar PPC model; familiarity with Amazon DSP is advantageous.
• Experience with campaign bidding and management tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Capability to generate strategic recommendations based on performance insights.
• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor in client interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and chart building.
• Able to work independently and multitask effectively across various priorities.
• A curious mindset, eager to explore the meanings behind data.
• Fluency in additional European languages, apart from English, would be an asset but is not mandatory.
