Remote Sales Position: Flexible Hours

Location: Remote | Part-time to start, potential for Full-time | Preference for US, LatAm, or EU

Who We’re Looking For

If you’re a driven salesperson with a foundational understanding of SEO and a knack for creative outbound tactics, read on!

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-cycle sales role, where your primary focus is closing deals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running inbound video sales calls (no phone sales).
  • Engaging in light outbound sales through warm outreach and targeted LinkedIn strategies.
  • Qualifying leads and building rapport with marketing leaders.
  • Clearly explaining SEO concepts, including link building and AEO.
  • Managing deals and tasks in HubSpot.
  • Maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating within Slack and managing processes in Notion.
  • Ensuring prospects feel heard and understood.

Essential SEO Knowledge

You don’t need to be an SEO expert, but familiarity with the following concepts is essential:

  • The impact of link building on authority and rankings.
  • The significance of AEO (AI Engine Optimization) for 2025–2026.
  • The importance of brand mentions, listicles, and citations.
  • Understanding why B2B SaaS companies prioritize authority over fluff.

If you know what DR is and its importance to marketers, you’re a great fit.

Sales Skills and Attributes

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A competitive spirit in following up with potential leads.
  • A passion for closing deals.
  • Confidence in video calls with marketing leaders.
  • Active listening skills rather than lecturing.
  • The ability to maintain momentum in the sales process.
  • Creativity in sales tactics.
