A Global Remote Team

Our small, talented remote team is distributed worldwide. While most of our product and engineering experts are based in Europe and Israel, we also collaborate with peers from the US and Asia. Our approach mainly revolves around asynchronous work, which has been key to our success.

High Trust, Low Bullshit

We prioritize trust over micromanagement. No counting hours or excessive Slack oversight; you’re responsible for getting your work done. You will have genuine ownership over your projects, allowing you to make decisions about architecture and functionality without tedious approval processes.

No Stupid Meetings

We minimize meetings to just a weekly all-hands and a dev team sync. Everything else is handled asynchronously via Slack or Loom, ensuring your calendar stays free and manageable.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in building full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in React and Node.js; MongoDB knowledge is a bonus.
• Experienced in developing complex applications with a focus on security and performance.
• Solid understanding of data modeling fundamentals.
• Previous product company experience is a must.
• Available overlap with GMT+3 working hours for effective communication.
