Role Overview

Strategic Lead for Global Creator & UGC Media Innovation

The Strategic Lead in Global Creator & UGC Media Innovation & Partnerships is a senior, outward-facing position focused on driving new business opportunities and platform partnerships globally. Based in EMEA, this role covers Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close partnerships with global platforms, media owners, publishers, retailers, and technology partners.
  • Build enduring strategic relationships that unlock new inventory, formats, data, and distribution opportunities.
  • Oversee partnerships from discovery through commercial structure, launch, and scaling.
  • Shape creator- and UGC-led media products across DOOH, CTV, retail, and experiential sectors.
  • Co-develop innovative formats, pilots, and proof-of-concept activations with partners.
  • Transform partnerships into sales-ready offerings while supporting strategic pitches and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure scalability and commercial viability.
  • Monitor partnership performance, revenue impact, and growth prospects across various markets.

Qualifications

  • 7–12+ years in business development, partnerships, or senior client roles within advertising, media, or ad-tech.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of creator-led media, UGC, social platforms, and digital ecosystems.
  • Experience with physical-world media (DOOH, CTV, retail, experiential) is preferred.
  • Confident, strategic, and commercially driven, with the ability to operate across regions and time zones.
