About the Role
Account Executive Responsibilities
As an Account Executive at Quantum Metric, you will take charge of full life-cycle sales within a greenfield territory, focusing on acquiring and expanding enterprise-level accounts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-oriented individual passionate about continuous learning and maximized earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Enterprise Growth: Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts.
- Strategic Account Development: Craft and implement strategic account plans while establishing a sustainable revenue pipeline.
- Solution-Focused Engagement: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer needs and align our SaaS solutions with their objectives.
- Navigating Complex Sales: Manage intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and navigate organizational structures.
- Value-Driven Partnerships: Partner with clients to create compelling business cases illustrating ROI and strategic benefits of our SaaS solutions.
- Trusted Advisor Role: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted partner dedicated to their success.
- Market and Product Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of our evolving SaaS platform, competitors, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Italian.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals.
- Experience navigating long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
