Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena took notice of the issue and mandated the Ladakh administration to expedite its resolution. Prompt action was taken, and the administration reached out to the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the body responsible for issuing Aadhaar cards.
