Exciting details have emerged from CinemaCon 2026, giving fans an exclusive first look at "Ramayana: Part One." Following Day 1 interviews and interactions, Yash’s stunning Ravana costume has been revealed alongside the appearances of other key characters.

Costume Reveals: Sita, Rama, and Ravana

Photos shared from the event showcased the elaborate costumes of the film’s lead characters. Ranbir Kapoor, portraying Lord Rama, was seen in a traditional blue dhoti paired with a maroon and gold shawl, which was complemented by a striking gold crown and intricate jewellery. This look aligns closely with his depiction in the Rama trailer.

In sharp contrast, Sai Pallavi’s portrayal of Sita featured a more understated ensemble, consisting of a simple red saree paired with elegant necklace accessories.

Yash’s Ravana costume, which was previously teased in the Rama footage, made a striking appearance on a mannequin. The ensemble, designed to resemble battle armor, comprised a bold black outfit embellished with intricate gold details, including an elaborate crown, gold breastplate, shoulder pads, arm bands, cuffs, and a decorative dhoti.

Yash Confirms No Scenes with Ranbir in "Ramayana: Part One"

During an interview with Fandango, Yash addressed the dynamic between him and his co-star Ranbir Kapoor, confirming that the two characters do not share any scenes in the first installment of this epic tale. “Interestingly, we both have never come together on screen in this film,” he noted. “In Part 1, as Ravana, I have my own kingdom, and Rama has his own.”

Mutual Respect and Chemistry

Despite the absence of shared screen time, Yash expressed admiration for Ranbir, stating, “He’s such a fabulous actor. I think it is mutual respect that has emerged, and our chemistry is fueled by our collective ambition to present a phenomenal story. With a shared vision, the chemistry between us has never been an issue; we’re simply enjoying the process.”
