Earnings and Household Policy

The estimated hourly earnings for this role are $14 per hour. Please note that only one member per household can participate in the TELUS Digital Rating Program. If it’s discovered that multiple individuals in your household are involved, it will result in removal from the program.

Qualification Path

Basic Requirements

No prior professional experience is needed to apply for this role, but candidates must meet the following basic requirements:

• Freelancing experience and excellent communication skills in English.
• Residency in the United States for at least the past three consecutive years, along with familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the U.S.
• Regular use of Gmail, social media, and web browsers to interact with various types of content.
• Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone (Android 5.0, iOS 14 or higher), and a personal computer.

To be hired into the program, you must complete a language assessment and an open-book qualification exam to determine your suitability for the position. The process also includes identity verification. Don’t worry—our team will provide guidelines and learning materials before your exam, which you can complete at your convenience within a specified timeframe.
