What You’ll Do
- Content Production & Workflow Management:
- Own and optimize end-to-end content production workflows for blogs, product updates, GTM content packages, multimedia assets, and supporting materials.
- Ensure content moves efficiently through all stages: brief → draft → review → design → publish.
- Maintain clear visibility into all active content initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and blockers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Design, Demand Generation, and Multilingual teams to align on scope, ownership, and deadlines.
- Project Management & Systems Ownership:
- Act as the primary owner of Wrike for the Content organization.
- Improve project structures, templates, workflows, and task standards in Wrike.
- Support the rollout of enhanced content project management processes, including documentation and training.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Serve as a central coordination point among Content, Design, PMM, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, and other Marketing teams.
- Facilitate multi-format content packages across various channels (e.g., blog, video, social, email, sales enablement).
- Ensure clear handoffs to prevent any team from being blocked by missing information or unclear expectations.
- Operational Support & Tracking:
- Track content status, deadlines, and progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Help standardize content intake and prioritization processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and best practices.
- Support resource planning across internal team members and contractors based on workload and priorities.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 3–5+ years of experience in project or production management.
- Background in one or more of the following: SaaS, tech, Marketing teams, Creative sectors, digital agencies, or media.
- Proven track record in managing complex workflows and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong experience with project management tools (Wrike preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and execution skills.
- Strong ownership of deadlines, calendars, and deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable enforcing workflows and timelines while remaining empathetic and collaborative.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.
- Experience with similar tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Basecamp, ClickUp) is a plus.
