As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in this transformation, influencing platform architecture and spearheading AI-driven product delivery.

Your Role as a Staff Engineer on Our CRM Team

In this critical role, you will work on initiatives such as:

• AI-Powered Relationship Intelligence: Develop systems that analyze behavioral signals, identify life events, and provide recommendations on engagement contact.
• Autonomous Conversational AI for Lead Nurture: Evolve an existing AI system that engages and follows up with real estate leads over extended periods.
• Unified Contact Graph and Integrations Hub: Design a comprehensive data model that synchronizes numerous data sources into a unified system.
• AI-Driven Workflow Automation: Create an automation layer that enables proactive recommendations based on agent behavior.

Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in senior or staff roles.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience designing scalable microservice architectures in AWS or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of GraphQL, event-driven systems, and distributed databases.
• Proven success in leading SaaS initiatives from concept to production.
• Deep understanding of software design principles, particularly in multi-tenant platforms.
