About the Role: Key Highlights
We’re seeking an Engineering Team Lead to join our remote-first department and lead Team Syncs. This Player-Coach position entails a blend of hands-on technical contributions and people management, focusing on mentoring while ensuring team alignment with our business objectives.

Impactful Responsibilities
Guiding Team Syncs: Take charge of a crucial team responsible for accurately integrating complex financial data into Silverfin.
Tackling Challenges: Collaborate with over 30 external APIs, navigate financial algorithms, and manage a public API for external integrations.
Achieving Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible hours with no expectation of working beyond your contractual obligations, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Compensation Details
For this role, the compensation range is €112,000 – €169,000 annually, reflecting the total compensation scale for Team Leads at this level.
Please note: Most candidates begin at the lower to mid-range, based on experience and their alignment with our existing team. The upper range is generally reserved for those with a proven history of impactful contributions and significant expertise in similar roles. We conduct annual compensation reviews for clear growth opportunities.
