Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Technical Developer with hands-on experience in Oracle EBS CRM modules. The ideal candidate will focus on Service Request, Task Management, and Incident Management while also having familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion CRM. This role involves developing custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements across CRM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle EBS CRM Development:
  Develop and support modules, including Service Requests, Tasks, Incidents, Contacts, Customers, and Site components.

• Customization:
  Enhance CRM workflows, D2K forms, reports, APIs, and business events.

• Database Development:
  Create PL/SQL packages, procedures, views, and performance-optimized queries for CRM.

• Integration Support:
  Build and support integrations between EBS CRM and Fusion using REST/SOAP services.

• Issue Resolution:
  Analyze, debug, and resolve CRM-related defects.

• Collaboration:
  Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.

• Documentation:
  Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and release deployment artifacts.

Required Skills

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

• Experience:
  4–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 CRM modules.

• CRM Component Knowledge:
  Strong expertise in areas such as:

  • PL/SQL
  • Oracle Forms and Workflows
  • XML Publisher / BI Publisher
  • Web Services Integrations

• System Understanding:
  Good understanding of Oracle EBS CRM architecture, tables, and APIs.

• Cloud Knowledge:
  Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM (basic to intermediate).

• Scripting Skills:
  Proficient in Unix and shell scripting.

• Performance Tuning:
  Experience in performance tuning of CRM modules.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with OA Framework (OAF).
• Knowledge of D2K forms development.
• Exposure to OIC integrations.
• Experience in Business Events & Workflow customizations in CRM.
• Previous work with CRM integrations (e.g., CTI, third-party service tools).

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with functional users.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
