Role Summary

As a trader, you’ll engage in Forex and/or Crypto markets using firm capital while adhering to a professional risk framework. This is a remote, performance-based role with a flexible schedule—ideal for disciplined traders who excel with structured support.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade firm-funded Forex and/or Crypto markets.

• Adhere to risk protocols and execute trades with discipline.

• Participate in coaching sessions, mentorship calls, and community discussions.

• Track your performance and continually refine your trading system.

• Collaborate asynchronously with a global team (no meetings required).

Requirements for Traders

You are either:

• An experienced trader seeking capital and scaling potential, or

• A motivated beginner ready to train into profitability.

You should possess:

• Strong discipline and emotional control.

• The ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation Structure

This role is performance-based. Traders will receive 60% to 90% of the profits generated on their funded accounts, with no base salary.
