About the Role: Senior UI/UX Designer

This position is for a strategic visual storyteller. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be the visual core of our projects, tasked with understanding the essence of our B2B SaaS clients’ brands and communicating it compellingly through the web.

Your key responsibility will involve transforming complex business challenges into clear, engaging, and high-performing web experiences. Working directly with our founders and strategists, you’ll translate client goals and brand identity into powerful visual systems that drive user action. Your designs in Figma will visibly contribute to our clients’ growth and pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Design: Oversee new website concepts and strategically redesign key pages to encourage user action.
• Craft High-Impact Landing Pages: Develop conversion-focused landing pages that convert website traffic into qualified leads.
• Create UX/UI Kits: Develop mood boards and comprehensive UX/UI kits in Figma, establishing a clear visual direction for each project.
• Maintain Scalable Design Systems: Build and uphold design systems that ensure brand consistency and efficiency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our development and SEO teams to ensure designs are not only visually appealing but also technically sound and optimized for performance.

What You Bring to the Table

• A minimum of 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, showcased through a portfolio that highlights your expertise in a B2B agency or SaaS industry.
• Mastery of Figma, with a deep understanding of its components, auto-layout, and prototyping features.
• A strong grasp that for a B2B SaaS audience, clarity, trust, and function are foundational to beautiful design.
• You think holistically about the business pipeline and gain immense satisfaction from seeing your designs solve real-world challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the strategic thinking and brand considerations behind your design decisions.
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your ability to create exceptional web experiences that drive user action and meet business objectives.
