## About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who excels in both creating stunning layouts and bringing them to life through animation. As a vital member of our ambitious Brand & Media team, you will extend our social reach, enhance our content, and visually narrate our editorial stories through motion. Your role will encompass designing, animating, and editing compelling assets that resonate worldwide.

### Key Responsibilities

– Design and animate engaging visuals across various platforms.
– Create GIFs, videos, and templates for web and social media.
– Produce visualizations and motion graphics that support marketing efforts.
– Transform complex data into engaging motion graphics.
– Build and maintain a motion asset library for media and editing teams.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions.
– Balance creative vision with business needs through professional feedback incorporation.
– Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and design standards.
– Stay updated on design trends and explore new creative techniques.

## What You’ll Bring

– **Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.
– Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, motion, typography, and layout.
– Proficiency in After Effects; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
– Experience in storyboarding, visual design, and animation.
– Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

## Working Hours & Time Zones

This role is open to candidates in Europe. You will collaborate primarily with team members across the US, Asia, and Europe. While we promote asynchronous work, some overlap hours may be necessary.
