Role Overview: Narrative and Video Storytelling Lead

As the Narrative and Video Storytelling Lead, you will shape how our AI accomplishments are communicated and perceived. This role bridges AI autonomy, physical robotics, and human trust, transforming technical capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Visual Storytelling & Video

• Define Visual Narrative: Craft the visual story for autonomous robots in real environments.
• Production Leadership: Oversee storyboarding and the end-to-end production of videos showcasing robot capabilities, customer testimonials, and field footage.
• Standard Establishment: Set guidelines for capturing elements like autonomy, safety, and reliability on customer sites.
• Collaborative Partnership: Work with product, engineering, and field teams to translate AI behaviors into engaging visual stories.
• Pipeline Development: Create a scalable pipeline for lab, field, and customer-facing videos.

Content & Creative

• Storytelling Ownership: Manage company storytelling across all written and visual content, beyond just video.
• Clear Narratives: Translate AI and robotics concepts into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Content Oversight: Supervise the creation of blogs, white papers, case studies, and web content.
• Framework Definition: Develop content frameworks supporting product launches and thought leadership.

Brand & Communications

• Brand Voice Development: Define and evolve the company’s brand voice and identity.
• External Communications Management: Oversee public relations, announcements, and executive thought leadership.
• Narrative Building: Collaborate with leadership to craft keynote narratives and public-facing storytelling.
• Trust Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, partners, and the media.

Compensation and Benefits

Our salary range is $70,000 – $300,000 annually, with final offers based on background and experience. We value both in-person collaboration and flexible work options, including hybrid or remote arrangements.
