About Our Project: AdConnect

Your project, AdConnect, focuses on developing communication platforms and SaaS solutions aimed at traffic management and user retention. Our portfolio boasts web products in social discovery, advertising networks, and user retention SaaS solutions, serving millions of users across North and South America, Europe, Australia, and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Own a key product area from concept to measurable impact, driving user engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies—identifying user needs, formulating hypotheses, and executing product experiments.
• Shape the product roadmap by prioritizing initiatives that enhance user satisfaction, trust, and revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketing teams to deliver rapid, meaningful results.
• Lead experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas swiftly, promoting a culture of continuous learning and scaling successful strategies.
• Enhance monetization strategies—optimizing credit usage, paywalls, and bonus mechanics to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Your Qualifications

From you:

• 3–5+ years of product management experience with B2C digital products, preferably in communication, dating, or social platforms.
• Familiarity with global markets (US, UK, Canada, Europe, LATAM) and insight into cultural nuances in user behavior.
• A proven track record in improving key metrics such as retention, ARPPU, or conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills—decisions grounded in data (experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools).
• Excellent prioritization and execution abilities—transforming chaos into organized roadmaps and achieving results quickly.
• Experience in experimentation and A/B testing—including design, execution, and analysis of tests.
• A growth mindset—fast learner, challenger of assumptions, and a deep passion for product and people.
• Knowledge of user acquisition and paid marketing funnels.
