Compensation Overview
The anticipated salary for this role is between $170,000 – $200,000, based on various factors including experience, skills, and geographic location. The total compensation package includes benefits and an annual performance bonus.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- 6-10 years of media planning and buying experience, particularly in Digital media with a focus on Paid Search.
- 4+ years of staff management and mentoring experience.
- A deep understanding of search platforms, measurement, content creation, and technology.
- Proficiency in managing multi-million dollar yearly media budgets.
