Your Role: Manager of Product Development
As a Manager of Product Development at C1, you will lead small, high-ownership engineering teams tasked with building and shipping features that propel our product forward. You will oversee execution, quality, and deliveryโguiding teams from concept to production to create exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing small engineering teams focused on product feature development.
- Driving execution from concept to production to deliver impactful features on schedule.
- Collaborating closely with Product and Design teams to define clear goals and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Empowering engineers with end-to-end ownership of their services, fostering accountability and craftsmanship.
- Managing hiring and team-building efforts to scale C1โs product development for long-term success.
- Shaping team structure and ensuring effective collaboration as the organization grows.
- Implementing lightweight processes for rapid iteration while maintaining product quality.
- Mentoring engineers and tech leads to cultivate their growth as technical leaders and product thinkers.
Who Weโre Looking For

- Proven experience managing product-focused engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A track record of building, scaling, and retaining high-performing engineering teams.
