About WorkOS
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that help companies become Enterprise Ready. Our platform supports critical infrastructure like authentication, identity, and authorization, enabling developers to scale their products securely for large organizations.

WorkOS powers enterprise features for leading AI companies such as OpenAI, Cursor, Perplexity, Vercel, and Plaid.
The Role
The product team at WorkOS is designed for individuals who thrive on solving complex problems with real stakes. Our users include developers and technical buyers at rapidly growing companies, who have solid opinions and high standards. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineers who share your product instincts.
This role offers genuine scope, where you will own product areas end-to-end—from identifying the right problems to guiding them through discovery, design, engineering, and launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Own specific product areas with full accountability—from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Regularly engage with customers and synthesize insights into prioritized product direction.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to accelerate the journey from concept to completed product.
- Define success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of shipped products.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and GTM strategies to effectively launch new features and products.
- Identify unique 0-to-1 opportunities and drive them from concept to launch.
- Make informed prioritization decisions and defend them transparently.
- Contribute to the broader product strategy as the company grows.
What We’re Looking For

- Experience in B2B SaaS, with a deep understanding of the developer or enterprise buyer.
- Domain knowledge in authentication, identity, or developer tooling, or a strong record of building developer-facing products.
- Real experience in taking products from ideation to launch (0-to-1 experience).
- A customer-centric mindset; you actively engage with users, informing what you build.
- A bias towards action—making fast decisions and iterating quickly.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working alongside design, engineering, and marketing teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in pricing and packaging decisions, understanding product monetization.
- Background in a company with a product-led growth (PLG) model or a developer-first go-to-market strategy.
Logistics
- Location: Based in the United States; San Francisco or NYC preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel approximately once a month for team or customer meetings.
