    About the Role

    LatamCent is seeking a dedicated Manager of Revenue Operations to spearhead the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that drive our business. This senior, hands-on leadership role is essential for overseeing the entire RevOps stack—from CRM architecture to reporting and workflow automation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Revenue Operations & Systems Ownership

    • Manage HubSpot Architecture: Complete ownership of the HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, sequences, automation, and reporting.
    • Scalable Systems Design: Implement and maintain RevOps systems that facilitate sales, onboarding, billing, and retention.
    • Operational Efficiency: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks across the revenue lifecycle, implementing process improvements as needed.

    Automation & Workflow Development

    • Workflow Automation: Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier or Make.
    • Data Reliability: Ensure accurate data flow across systems and departments.
    • Continuous Optimization: Refine workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.

    Business Intelligence & Reporting

    • Dashboard Creation: Develop reporting frameworks that empower leadership decision-making.
    • Data Accuracy: Guarantee consistency and visibility across key revenue and operational metrics.
    • Actionable Insights: Translate business needs into comprehensive analytics and reporting.

    AI & Technology Enablement

    • Tool Evaluation: Assess and implement AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Champion AI Adoption: Foster AI integration within the team and incorporate AI workflows into daily tasks.
    • Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging tools and technologies relevant to RevOps and automation.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Mentorship: Lead a small team of 2 Automation Specialists and 1 Technical Engineer.
    • Performance Management: Set clear expectations and promote professional growth.
    • Accountability: Drive performance and execution within the operations team.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
    • HubSpot Expertise: Advanced skills in HubSpot administration and architecture.
    • Automation Skills: Proven ability to design and manage automation workflows across various systems.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong data management skills, with a talent for building decision-ready dashboards.
    • Leadership Experience: Background in managing technical or operations teams.
    • Language Proficiency: English proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
    • Location: Must be based in South America and available during US Eastern or Pacific time zones.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with platforms like Domo or similar tools.
    • SaaS Background: Familiarity with subscription-based or membership business models.
    • High-Growth Experience: Proven track record in scaling operational systems.
    • AI Tools Familiarity: Strong knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools.

    Success Indicators (First 3–6 Months)

    • Optimized HubSpot: HubSpot architecture is fully documented and aligned with business workflows.
    • Reliable Automation: Core automation processes are stabilized and operating smoothly.
    • Effective Dashboards: Leadership dashboards are actively utilized for tracking performance and guiding decisions.
    • Clear Team Roles: Defined roles and workflows within the team are functioning efficiently.
    • Operational Improvements: Implementation of at least one measurable efficiency enhancement through automation or AI.

    Compensation & Logistics

    • Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 USD per year.
    • Location: Remote work from South America.
    • Schedule: Full-time position.
    • Time Zone Requirements: Must align with US Eastern business hours.
