Who We Are Looking For

Main Responsibilities

  • Research the target market and specific school districts to understand the roles, responsibilities, and needs of district cabinet members.
  • Investigate the district’s strategic priorities and goals to understand what success looks like for each one.
  • Utilize outbound channels such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn to establish relationships with district contacts and schedule meetings with our partnership team.
  • Nurture warm leads from marketing activities such as events and webinars.
  • Meet activity and meeting booking targets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate contact and activity records in the CRM system.
  • Build rapport with decision-makers and develop relationships with the district from the outset.
  • Utilize appropriate industry language in all communications.
  • Stay updated on industry developments.
  • Timely follow up on any missed appointments.
  • Overcome gatekeepers by building rapport to connect with decision-makers.
  • Overcome objections and generate interest in our products through emails and voicemails.

Technical Skills

  • Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Windows and Office.
  • Proficiency in Google G Suite tools, including Gmail, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

  • Written: Excellent written English (style, grammar, spelling); ability to write for different audiences and produce various types of communication, including emails, instructions, training documents, and presentations.

Salary, Commissions, and Progression
