This role is instrumental in collaborating with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver high-value features for internal sales, marketing, and billing teams.

Role Overview

As a Sales & CRM Business Analyst, your primary focus will be the Service Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, while also gaining exposure to a suite of enterprise applications. You will be responsible for translating stakeholder visions into actionable features, documenting detailed design requirements, and transitioning work items to development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Existing Processes

• Assess Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to identify problem statements.
• Recommend Technical Solutions: Suggest ideal technical solutions and workarounds based on assessments.

Facilitate Collaborative Sessions

• Requirements Gathering: Organize sessions with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Functional Design: Facilitate sessions to create detailed Functional Design Specifications (FDDs) in the form of Epics, Features, and User Stories.

Team Collaboration and Support

• Scrum Team Refinement Sessions: Lead discussions with technical stakeholders to summarize design elements and prepare for upcoming sprint cycles.
• Product Demonstrations: Present live demonstrations of enhancements being introduced to the solution.

Quality Assurance Activities

• Support for Testing: Assist in authoring and executing QA and UAT test cases.
• Bug Review and Clarifications: Analyze system bugs and production incidents, providing necessary clarifications.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred); high school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience: 2+ years in business analysis and functional design; experience in leading process improvements.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for facilitating workshops and delivering presentations.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales module) and cloud-based solutions is strongly preferred.

Salary and Employment Eligibility

The salary range for this role is $116,000 – $174,000. Salary within this range will be based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and market conditions. All applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
