    Sales Development Representative Role

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at UpGuard, you will be responsible for creating and qualifying new sales opportunities for our sales team. We are looking for a driven individual with an inquisitive mind, excellent phone presence, and a passion for outbound prospecting challenges.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Generate new opportunities across EMEA through outbound tactics (email sequences, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.).
    • Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities.
    • Understand prospect needs and communicate them effectively to the sales reps.
    • Articulate UpGuard’s value proposition and tailor messaging based on prospect needs.
    • Maintain detailed notes in our CRM.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to use insights from prospects for improvements.

    Qualifications Required

    • 6-12 months of experience in B2B tech sales as an SDR/BDR.
    • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
    • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
    • Able to give and receive feedback to drive process improvements.
    • High energy and a willingness to learn.
    • This is a fully remote role; having a remote setup is essential (don’t worry, we assist with this!).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Over 1 year of B2B SaaS experience.
    • Domain experience in cybersecurity or supply chain information risk.
    • Familiarity with Hubspot, Outreach.io, or other CRM software/Sales Engagement tools.
    • Experience with tools such as Lusha, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator is a plus.
