Positive Intelligence is the global leader in mental fitness. Founded by Stanford lecturer and New York Times bestselling author Shirzad Chamine, our science-based, app-guided program has transformed lives in over 150 countries. Our Viral Saboteur Assessment

Our breakthrough Saboteur Assessment has gone viral, with millions taking the assessment and often describing the insights as “life-changing.” With a mission to bring mental fitness to 100 million people, we’re now looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to expand our reach.

    Read This First

This is not a brand, content-only, or paid-media-only role. We are hiring a hands-on growth operator who has personally owned growth outcomes and executed experiments that meaningfully change user behavior. If your experience is primarily in managing agencies or storytelling without direct ownership of metrics, this role will not be a fit.

    The Role

We’re seeking a senior product-led growth operator to oversee measurable growth outcomes throughout the user journey—from first touch to activation, conversion, and retention. You’ll design and implement experiments embedded directly within the product, transforming learnings into repeatable growth systems while leveraging a viral assessment that sparks instant engagement.

    Who This Role Is For

This role is a great fit if you:

    • Have led product-led growth or experimentation efforts within a consumer or SaaS product.

    • Have owned metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, or ARR—not just traffic or spend.

    • Have personally shipped experiments that successfully changed user behavior within the product.

    Reports To

This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted line to the Chief Revenue Officer.

    Accountabilities

    • Own growth outcomes across the core user journey: assessment → onboarding → activation → conversion → retention.

    • Design, implement, and iterate on growth experiments embedded in the product, including onboarding flows, checkout processes, and referral mechanics.

    • Utilize acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships) as inputs to product learning, rather than standalone tactics.

    • Build and test high-impact product surfaces such as landing pages, in-product messaging, and lifecycle flows.

    • Analyze funnel and cohort performance, translating insights into prioritized growth strategies.

    • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Content teams to sequence experiments and reduce friction.

    • Establish lightweight growth systems, including experimentation cadence, success metrics, and learning documentation.

    • Help establish and lead a growth function that scales effectively, grounded in speed and rigor.

    • Identify and validate breakthrough growth levers such as viral loops, habit formation, and pricing/packaging strategies.

    Skills & Experience

    • 8+ years in product-led growth, experimentation, or growth-focused product leadership, ideally in a consumer app or SaaS environment.

    • Proven ability to own full-funnel outcomes and scale growth through experimentation.

    • Strong command of analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, HubSpot, BigQuery/Looker, A/B testing platforms).

    • Experience mapping customer journeys and enhancing conversion rates at scale.

    • Track record of achieving growth outcomes through close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams.

    • Hands-on operator: you actively design, implement, and analyze experiments within the product.

    • Analytical and hypothesis-driven, with a focus on rapid iteration.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to articulate insights clearly.

    • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort navigating ambiguity.

    • Bonus: experience in self-development, coaching, mental health, or human performance.

    Time Zone Requirement

This role requires a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (ET), as you will collaborate with a distributed team across North America and Europe.

    How to Apply (Important)

To ensure a focused and effective application process, applications without the following will not be reviewed. Please answer all four questions in your application:

    1. Describe a growth experiment you personally ran from start to finish. What was the hypothesis?

    2. What metric did it affect, and by how much?

    3. Share one growth experiment that failed—and what you learned from it.

    4. Which analytics, experimentation, or lifecycle tools have you personally used?

Concise, specific answers are appreciated over polished responses. This is an excellent opportunity to build a product-embedded growth engine within a mission-driven company with global reach. If you desire real ownership and the chance to compound your impact over time, we’d love to hear from you.
