Key Role in Tilt’s Card Business

This role is pivotal to Tilt’s card offerings – defining target audiences, brand values, and competitive strategies. You will take charge of developing our card product strategy, particularly focusing on Tilt Essentials, our most innovative card product, which is a primary focus for 2026.

Strategic Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, credit, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our card offerings deliver meaningful customer outcomes and promote profitable growth at scale.

• Set the Strategy: Define target segments, value propositions, fee structures, rewards, and perks across our card portfolio.
• Champion Tilt Essentials: Spearhead initiatives to demonstrate how Tilt Essentials can achieve success at scale, shaping its roadmap and success metrics.
• Guide Execution: Collaborate with Card teams to translate strategies into market actions that enhance customer experience and card economics.
• Drive Profitable Growth: Partner with acquisition credit, growth marketing, and brand marketing teams to ensure card products support sustainable and profitable expansion.
• Advocate for Cardmembers: Influence various teams to improve outcomes for card customers.
• Balance Trust and Rigor: Help create policies and products that embody Tilt’s belief in people while ensuring business protection.
