    Product Manager Role

    We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (open to various experience levels) to join our Product team. In this pivotal role, you will help shape and execute our product strategy and roadmap. As a product-centric organization, SeatGeek prides itself on surpassing competitors like Ticketmaster through superior user experiences.     Key Responsibilities

    Lead Strategic Initiatives

    • Transform a traditionally reactive payments function into a forward-thinking, innovation-driven organization that consistently uncovers differentiation opportunities and long-term value.

    Define Payment Solutions Vision

    • Establish a vision for the next evolution of payment tools at SeatGeek, including B2B2C capabilities that empower our clients and the fans they serve.

    Collaborate Across Teams

    • Work closely with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, and business partners to design systems that meet various needs without compromising customer experience.

    Coordinate with Partners

    • Oversee collaboration with external payments partners, ensuring smooth execution across features, reliability, and client commitment.

    Communicate Effectively

    • Keep stakeholders updated on deliverables and outcomes, serving as an ambassador for your product area within the product team and broader organization.

    Desired Qualifications

    Experience

    • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch platform solutions.

    Initiative and Decision-Making

    • A proactive mindset; you’re comfortable making bold decisions based on data and opportunities.

    Analytical Skills

    • A willingness to assess failures candidly and possess the analytical skills to understand what went wrong, along with a clear plan for moving forward.

    Industry Insight

    • A creative, insightful perspective on the payments landscape and emerging trends.

    Communication Skills

    • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-friendly explanations.

    Cross-Functional Navigation

    • Proven experience in managing complex initiatives across engineering, compliance, legal, risk, and operations.

    Salary and Equal Opportunity Statement

    The salary range for this role is $130,000 – $188,000 USD, and the role is equity eligible. Compensation packages are tailored based on unique candidate factors including skills, experience, certifications, and location.
