    Role Overview: Technical Analyst

    As a Technical Analyst, you will engage in various projects and partnerships that aim to accelerate the growth of advertising solutions focused on performance and measurement. This hybrid role combines technical problem-solving, data analysis, and business strategy, providing you with a unique opportunity to work closely with multiple teams and influence the future of programmatic solutions.

    Location Requirements

    We welcome candidates from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for this role. Applicants in the GTA should be prepared for occasional office visits.

    Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

    • Executing the Technical Roadmap
      Support the team in implementing the technical roadmap for Tier 1 projects, focusing on the development, testing, and maintenance of targeting and measurement solutions.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
      Work alongside Product, Revenue, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams to design, test, and optimize performance and measurement initiatives.

    • Technical Troubleshooting
      Analyze datasets to troubleshoot technical issues, such as reporting discrepancies and data pipeline bugs, while collaborating with technical teams to identify root causes and devise solutions.

    • Experiment Design and Execution
      Assist in designing and executing experiments to validate hypotheses aimed at driving measurable improvements in marketing performance.

    • Analytics Proof-of-Concepts
      Contribute to analytics proof-of-concepts (POCs) with strategic clients, testing and validating custom use cases to define clear pathways to productization.

    • Performance Tracking
      Monitor performance OKRs (e.g., data QA benchmarks, measurement accuracy, lower-funnel KPIs) and effectively communicate impacts to internal stakeholders.

    • Operational Support
      Provide hands-on support for ad-hoc and daily operational tasks, including campaign reporting, measurement setup, data analysis, and market and competitor research.
