Role Overview: Technical Project Lead

We are seeking a Technical Project Lead to oversee the delivery of complex software projects from kickoff to launch. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate efforts among project stakeholders, ensuring clarity in requirements, appropriate sequencing of work, and that no detail is overlooked.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead projects from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope.
• Task Management: Create and maintain detailed task lists that translate requirements into actionable items for developers.
• Specification Writing: Draft feature specifications that equip developers with clear guidance.
• Client Communication: Conduct regular calls to update clients on progress, gather feedback, and align priorities.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate across internal teams to maintain project momentum and quickly address any blockers.
• Risk Monitoring: Keep an eye on project health and flag potential risks before they affect timelines.
• Documentation: Ensure that project status and key decisions are consistently documented and visible.
