Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Video Project Manager to spearhead the production of direct-response marketing content, including ads, VSLs, webinars, and short-form content.

This is a hands-on role, where you will take ownership of timelines, output quality, team productivity, and the pace of delivery across a fast-moving creative landscape.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire production pipeline from script, to edit, to final delivery.
  • Manage editors by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and removing blockers.
  • Run daily operations through Slack check-ins, Notion tracking, and team coordination.
  • Oversee revisions by reviewing videos and providing clear feedback via Frame.io.
  • Track performance to monitor output, resolve inefficiencies, and report daily updates.
  • Ensure output quality aligns with direct response goals.
  • Maintain legal compliance by flagging and managing safe messaging in all content.

Requirements

  • Experience managing video editors at scale.
  • Proven experience leading a team of video editors.
  • Background in direct response or marketing content (such as ads, VSLs, webinars).
  • Experience collaborating with influencers in online education, business consulting, finance, or AI niches.
  • Strong understanding of video production timelines and creative workflows.
  • Proficient in tools such as Frame.io, Notion, and Slack.
  • Able to review content and provide actionable feedback.
  • Fast, organized, and execution-focused.
