Join Our Team as a Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to enhance our client relationships and explore new business opportunities.

Job Overview

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in project and account management.
• Remote work opportunity; team operates in EST from 10 am to 6 pm.
• Preference for candidates located in NY/Brooklyn, though not mandatory.
• This is a senior role, suitable for those with extensive experience; entry-level applicants are not encouraged.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Client Partnership: Proven ability to partner effectively with clients and teams on projects and ongoing retainers.
• New Business Focus: Experience in managing proposals and client meetings, with a passion for professional development.
• Project Management Background: Skilled in managing medium to large-scale digital projects, especially in agency settings.
• Nonprofit Experience: Familiarity with nonprofit organizations or a clear interest in social impact.
• Strategic Insight (a plus): Experience advising clients on digital strategy, even if primarily executed by team strategists.
• Commitment to Development: Eager to contribute to the agency’s account management standards and processes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and location, with additional compensation potential.
• Up to 5% additional income through a 401k employer match (after 3 months).
• 10% to 15% potential income from discretionary profit-sharing and bonuses.
