Job Opportunity Overview: Texas-Based Role

You must reside in Texas to be eligible for this position. This role involves independently conducting analytical and operational tasks supporting complex state or federally funded health initiatives. You will lead specific analytical tasks related to program performance, implementation monitoring, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining recurring reporting products and structured documentation that align with state and federal grant requirements.
• Reconciling financial and performance data to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to compliance standards.
• Translating qualitative and quantitative data into actionable narratives for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining and improving tracking systems for procurement, grant administration, and reporting cycles.
• Identifying documentation gaps and operational risks, escalating issues as necessary.
• Supporting audit preparation and structured governance processes within compliance-driven environments.
• Collaborating across workstreams to meet milestones and reporting obligations in high-volume implementation settings.

Travel Requirements

Expect up to 25% travel for this position.

Basic Qualifications

Interested candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, business administration, health policy, data analytics, economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting grant-funded, public-sector, or healthcare programs.
• Preferred experience with state or federally funded initiatives.
• Experience preparing structured reports or analytical summaries within compliance-driven or audit-visible environments.
• Proficiency in reconciling financial and performance data for accurate reporting.
• Capability to independently manage multiple workflows and deadlines.
• Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare, public health, Medicaid, rural health, or safety-net provider programs.

Pay Range: The final salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including relevant experience, skills, certifications, geographical location, and educational background. The pay range for full-time employment is:

$67,355.00 – $114,503.00 (Texas Remote Office – TX99)
