Position Overview
GoodLeap is seeking a results-driven B2B/B2B2C Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our go-to-market strategy across payments technology, financing solutions, and SaaS products aimed at home improvement trades. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with a background in fintech or B2B platforms, adept at crafting compelling value propositions from complex products.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy & Product Positioning
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B payments technology and financing products.
- Develop differentiated product positioning across payments acceptance and financial workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams for aligned execution.
- Support early-stage SaaS product strategies, crafting positioning and launch readiness.
Campaign & Launch Management
- Lead cross-functional launches and adoption campaigns for payments and financing products.
- Work with Marketing and Sales for integrated campaigns across customer lifecycles.
- Refine messaging and tactics to enhance adoption and revenue impact.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
- Equip Sales teams with messaging frameworks and training materials.
- Align product messaging to meet contractor and SMB needs.
- Refine ICPs and funnel strategy for payments and SaaS offerings.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
- Define and track KPIs tied to product-led revenue growth.
- Analyze performance to inform data-driven decision-making.
Customer & Market Insight
- Understand how contractors manage payments and financing.
- Conduct market research to inform product positioning.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- 7+ years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing, with relevant fintech experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of B2B payments and operational needs of home improvement businesses.
- Experience with early-stage product lines and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficient in product marketing analytics and campaign tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Compensation and Additional Information
Annual compensation ranges from $130,000 to $140,000. Job responsibilities may evolve, and accommodation will be provided for known disabilities in accordance with the law.
