    The Role of Product Marketing

    The Product Marketing position is crucial for disseminating product knowledge within dLocal. You will ensure impactful product positioning, fit, competitor insights, market trends, go-to-market (GTM) launches, and sales enablement information.

    This role requires close collaboration with diverse partners across Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams. You’ll be responsible for translating products and enhancements into accessible frameworks, messaging, and strategies for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, adept at working across time zones, and can align global stakeholders with customer needs, business objectives, and KPIs.

    What Will I Be Doing?

    • Collaborate closely with Product Management to translate development strategies into impactful go-to-market initiatives.
    • Be the voice of the customer, utilizing market and competitive insights to validate our product propositions and identify growth opportunities.
    • Leverage relevant data to evaluate projects for performance improvement and contribution to local and global KPIs.
    • Serve as the facilitator for product updates, ensuring continuous learning through product knowledge initiatives among customer-facing teams.
    • Develop impactful sales enablement materials and product marketing initiatives that provide commercial value.
    • Support the establishment of our customer education program.
    • Conduct global status meetings to proactively update teams and close feedback loops.

    Who You Are

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing (payments, tech, or SaaS experience preferred).
    • A strategic thinker who can balance mid-term vision with short-term tactical goals.
    • Proven track record in managing and executing global projects with clear performance measures.
    • A passion for solving customer problems through customer-centric methodologies.
    • Ability to simplify complex technical subjects through effective communication.
    • A true team player who is hands-on and self-motivated, with a commitment to deadlines and collaboration.
    • Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
