Senior Director of Product – Join Our Platform Team

As the Senior Director of Product for our Platform, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing product velocity, reliability, and cohesion across all customer-facing experiences. Your mission will be to empower our teams to build products faster and safer at scale.

Defining Our Shared Foundation

In this role, you will define and evolve our shared foundation, including core services, frameworks, tooling, and platform experiences. Your work will be pivotal in unlocking premium products across our Talent offerings.

Competitive Compensation Package

The estimated annual cash salary for this role ranges from CAD $255,000 to $340,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive stock options, in accordance with Lattice’s applicable plans.
