The Identity & Intelligence Platform

A core pillar of our mission is the Identity & Intelligence Platform, the first-party intelligence layer that allows Signifyd to recognize entities, assess risk, and detect abuse across sessions, devices, and accounts. This innovative platform empowers device intelligence, identity risk signals, bot and automation detection, and selective enrichment with external data, all designed for durability, scale, and cost efficiency.

Role Overview: Senior Product Manager

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of Signifyd’s Identity & Intelligence Platform. This position focuses on device intelligence, identity risk signals, bot and automation detection, and strategic management of third-party data sources.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager, you will shape how Signifyd develops and evaluates intelligence signals that underlie various fraud and account-level products. Your responsibilities include:

• Roadmap Ownership: Oversee the Identity & Intelligence Platform roadmap, including device intelligence and anomaly detection.
• Signal Management: Define how first-party intelligence signals are collected and evaluated across products and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work with Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure signals and models are production-ready and reliable.
• Cost Efficiency: Manage the economic efficiency of the Identity & Intelligence Platform, ensuring that signal quality and platform costs scale sustainably.
• Strategic Decisions: Make trade-offs between signal lift, latency, scalability, and cost to optimize resource use.

What You’ll Work On

The role will typically involve:

• Advancing first-party device and identity intelligence.
• Defining detection and classification protocols for automated behaviors.
• Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of intelligence and decisioning processes.
• Assessing ROI for identity, device, and enrichment signals to inform priorities.
• Collaborating to transition intelligence from experimentation to reliable production use.

Required Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, especially with platform or ML-driven products.
• Strong collaboration skills with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

• Experience in fraud, identity, or security domains.
• Familiarity with device intelligence, bot detection, and risk decisioning systems.
• Background in scaling foundational capabilities across multiple products.

Compensation

The starting base salary is influenced by job-related skills, experience, geographic location, and current market conditions. Here are the base salary ranges categorized by pay zone:

• Tier 1 (NYC/SF Bay Area/Seattle): $165,000 – $205,000 annually
• Tier 2 (DC Metro/Austin/Chicago/Denver/Boston/Los Angeles/San Diego): $155,000 – $195,000 annually
• Tier 3 (All Other US Locations): $145,000 – $185,000 annually

This position is also eligible for a stock option grant and an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of the base salary.
