We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a new team in Global Investor Distribution Solutions. This role involves being part of a high-performing, collaborative sales team. You will be focused on selling solutions related to Transfer Agency Technology, Business Processing Outsourcing, Brokerage Sub Accounting, Mail Center Services, Alternative Asset Service, and connectivity technology.

Your Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospects and existing customers in the asset management and brokerage industry.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to guide prospective customers in developing their vision for growth in asset management or brokerage, showcasing how SS&C’s solutions can contribute.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and reference-ability.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints effectively to maximize satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze territory/market potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
  • Build pipeline opportunities across our solution sets.
  • Seek out new client opportunities.
  • Enhance sales within your assigned relationships.
  • Utilize your knowledge of asset management technology to develop combined solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the transfer agency, brokerage, or asset management technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of transfer agency, brokerage sub-accounting, mail center solutions, and record-keeping technology preferred but not required.
  • Thorough knowledge of the enterprise asset management ecosystem.
  • A strong desire to succeed with proven experience managing a territory effectively.
  • Excellent consultative sales skills along with a highly motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • A bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required.
