Position Overview: Senior Software Engineer, Analytics

As a Senior Software Engineer in Analytics, you will lead the development of our clinical AI/ML product analytics infrastructure. You will collaborate with multiple teams—including client success, product management, and data science—to enhance decision-making through better insights. This role is vital for driving the performance and expansion of our clinical AI/ML module offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Product Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Collaborate with client success and clinical product experts.
• Implement infrastructure, queries, and automation to monitor KPIs and success metrics across multiple clinical domains.

Clinical Case Review and Investigation

• Build frameworks and tools for the clinical team to independently review client-reported cases.
• Identify cases requiring further evaluation based on established criteria.

Data Platform and Analytics Development

• Propose and implement improvements to enhance data platform scalability.
• Boost the analytics capabilities of our teams to meet expanding product and client needs.

Cross-Functional Product Analytics Development

• Work with Client Success, Clinical, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to align product analytics across the company.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in building scalable, secure analytics infrastructure on cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Expertise in modern data and analytics technologies, including cloud-based data warehouses, transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt), and BI tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
• Experience with sensitive data containing PHI/PII.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with leveraging LLMs in distributed data processing and analytics systems.
• Familiarity with analytics technology for clinical and health data.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty typical in a startup environment.
