As a Senior Wealth Coach, you will conduct strategy sessions with qualified leads, create customized cash flow plans, and enroll ideal clients into our coaching program and VIP tier.

Your Responsibilities

You will be evaluated on key performance indicators such as held meetings, close rates, renewals, revenue booked, VIP upsells, and referrals generated.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct one-on-one strategy meetings and present customized plans.
  • Secure new clients and upsell suitable clients into our VIP program.
  • Follow a documented sales process using SPIN-style discovery techniques.
  • Build and maintain a personal pipeline via outreach and referrals.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Mentor junior coaches and share best practices.

Performance Expectations and KPIs

First 10 Days:

Complete onboarding for the Tardus sales process and SPIN discovery, shadow meetings, establish daily routines, and have personal pipeline plan approved.

Within 60 Days:

Hold 15–25 qualified first meetings per month and maintain targeted show rates.

90 Days and Beyond:

Aim for a potential company close rate of 80% with upsell to the VIP program and residual income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality discovery using SPIN-style questioning.
  • Present tailored cash flow plans and articulate their value clearly.
  • Handle objections effectively and ask for the sale.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects.
  • Source new opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage task progression.
  • Coordinate seamless client transitions.
  • Track and enhance personal metrics on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and role-plays.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated history of six-figure annual earnings in consultative sales.
  • Over three years of experience closing high-ticket services or programs.
  • Mastery of SPIN or question-based selling techniques.
  • Comfort engaging on Zoom and delivering presentations.
  • Self-managed, organized, with strong follow-through.
  • Technologically savvy: proficient in CRM, calendars, video tools, and AI applications.
  • Exhibit integrity, strong presence, coachability, and a passion for client success.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial coaching, wealth strategies, or related fields, along with mentorship experience, is a plus.

Work Setup

  • Remote work with some evening availability for various client time zones.
  • Occasional travel for team events or summits.

Compensation

  • Commission, renewal residuals, and team bonuses available.
