Urgent Plea for Safe Return
The petitioners are urging the Supreme Court to direct the government to ensure the safe return of their loved ones. They highlighted that the last communications from their relatives, mostly occurring between September and October 2025, indicated that they were located in or near active conflict zones, including Kupyansk, Selydove, Makiivka, Chelyabinsk, and other areas associated with the Russia-Ukraine hostilities.
