We are seeking a Product Owner with a technical background to take charge of an existing GenAI product that is actively being developed. This role involves ensuring continuity by taking over responsibilities from the current Product Owner. You will collaborate at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to a product currently used by over 10,000 users in the automotive industry.

The current Product Owner will support a knowledge transfer process, facilitating a seamless transition and ensuring continuity in product development.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the primary contact between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead discussions with business representatives on the client side.
• Elicit requirements, clarify expectations, and align priorities across various stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into clear product direction for the development team.
• Promote knowledge sharing, communication, and alignment within the project.

Product Ownership

• Take responsibility for an existing product backlog, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Structure, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Transform business and technical requirements into initiatives, epics, and user stories.
• Lead backlog refinements and participate in sprint planning activities.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate completed user stories.
• Maintain clarity of scope, priorities, and goals for the development team.

Planning and Coordination

• Prepare initiatives and objectives for PI Planning and quarterly planning cycles.
• Support the definition of PI Objectives and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to refine scope and assess feasibility.
• Coordinate dependencies and align priorities with business stakeholders.

Quality and Transparency

• Ensure that delivered functionality meets agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Assist in functional testing and validation of completed features.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks or challenges in delivery.
• Provide transparent communication and regular updates to stakeholders.
