We are in search of a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to serve as our primary email support representative during core business hours. Your role will involve managing the majority of incoming customer inquiries and ensuring that our inbox runs smoothly and efficiently.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and are comfortable dealing with a high volume of emails, including complex or escalated customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main email responder during core business hours.
• Efficiently manage a high volume of customer inquiries with speed and accuracy.
• Professionally handle escalated or emotionally charged customer issues.
• Prioritize and resolve time-sensitive or high-impact cases.
• Triage incoming emails and maintain an organized inbox.
• Identify and flag recurring issues or customer confusion to the team.
• Assist with backlog management as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume email support.
• Exceptional written communication skills (clear, calm, and efficient).
• Ability to stay composed and effective when handling frustrated or upset customers.
• Good judgment regarding when to resolve issues independently versus escalate them internally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment.

• Consistently manage a significant portion of daily email volume.
• Maintain fast response times during core business hours.
• Effectively handle escalated customer situations with confidence.
• Assist in reducing email backlog efficiently.
• Identify common customer issues and patterns to improve support.
