We’re seeking a talented Coach to help freelancers implement the marketing plans we craft for them. This role is a top priority at 6 Figure Creative as our flagship coaching program, Clients By Design, is rapidly expanding, and our coaching team has limited availability.
The Creative Challenge
Most creatives struggle with one major issue: not knowing where their next client will come from. Within Clients By Design, we focus on helping creative freelancers solve this problem once and for all. We aim to impact individuals, one at a time, transforming their business trajectories.
Your Role as a Marketing Coach
If you’re excited about working 1-on-1 with some of the world’s most talented freelancers, such as Grammy-winning music producers, to tackle their biggest challenges, then this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Coach, you will manage a roster of 50-75 clients, guiding them through their customized Continuous Clients Marketing Roadmaps.
Your responsibilities include:
- Client Onboarding: Ensure each client understands how to maximize the program, providing a supportive environment during their crucial first 30 days.
- 1-on-1 Client Attention: Assist clients in following their playbooks, addressing any roadblocks, and offering accountability for their progress.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve any client issues swiftly to maintain a positive and action-oriented environment.
Measuring Your Impact
Your decisions will significantly alter your clients’ lives, so it’s crucial to be ready to guide them through tough choices.

Success Metrics
Your goal over the next six months is to have 50+ clients on your roster with a retention rate of 95% or higher. Here’s how that breaks down:

- Mastery of our playbooks
- 15 active clients on your roster
90-Day Targets
- 25-30 active clients
- Client Happiness Score of 95%+
180-Day Targets
- Maintain 50+ clients

Your Direct Collaboration
You will report directly to Brian Hood, our founder, who is dedicated to helping you become a better coach and grow into a larger role within our team.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Passion for identifying and resolving marketing challenges
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable on video
- Detail-oriented approach
- Confidence in facing challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Nice to Haves:
- Experience coaching clients in digital marketing
- Willingness to coach full-time (40 hours/week)
- Experience in remote client interactions
- Talent for making clients feel valued
- Background in creative freelancing
- Proximity to Central Standard Time

Compensation Overview
Salary ranges from $65,000 to $125,000+, based on client performance metrics:
- Base Salary: $55,000
- Variable Compensation: $10,000 – $70,000+
Your variable pay reflects the number of active clients and successful new client onboarding each month.
