What You’ll Do
Manage daily Shopify (or WooCommerce) operations including product listings, updates, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) improvements.
Coordinate with SEO and marketing teams to ensure tasks and weekly reports are completed.
Collaborate with our website developer to enhance the homepage, product, and collection pages while improving mobile user experience (UX).
Assist with occasional recruitment tasks and candidate communications.
Monitor competitors and provide suggestions for improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience with Shopify (preferred) or WooCommerce backend is essential.
A basic understanding of CRO and SEO practices.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individuals are key.
Strong communication skills along with a passion for learning and growing in e-commerce.
We welcome candidates with less experience who are driven and eager to learn.
Compensation and Benefits
$1,500 – $2,000 USD/month, based on experience.
Monthly performance bonuses with a potential to earn $3,000 – $4,000+ USD/month.
